I was just like you...

Hello, fellow seekers of balance and happiness. I'm Jess and just like you, I was once a burnt-out 9-to-5er. It wasn't easy to find my way back, but in the process something unexpected happened. I changed for the better and nothing has been the same since!

Now I am on a mission to share the tools that helped me reshape my life and thus, Burnout to Bliss was born. It is a transformative process, starting with the 14 Day Roadmap to Recovery, designed to help you navigate into a life that's authentically yours.

What if I don't know whether I have Burnout?

You don't need to have a formal diagnosis of burnout to benefit from Burnout to Bliss. It is designed for anyone who feels they would benefit from a chance to reflect, a structured self-care plan or the motivation to change their situation. But If you would like a better idea of whether you are suffering with burnout, you can try our FREE self-assessment tool.

What if i don't complete it in two weeks?

This is your time, your plan and your journey. You can take the daily activities at whatever pace feels right for you. The only  recommendation is that once you do start on your path to healing, is that you commit to show up every day for yourself - even if that is simply to ask yourself how you are feeling.

What happens after the two weeks are finished?

Once you have completed the program, you will have the knowledge, tools and confidence to keep you enjoying life once more. If you want to make bigger changes in your life, then you have the option to join either the upcoming 6 week Crossroads program or one of our Mindset Makeover mini-courses.
